I have worked in special education for 15 years doing various administration roles and my goal was always to become a School Business Manager and I am very proud to perform this role at Venture Academy. No two days are ever the same at Venture but they are always fun and challenging!

I started working at the school in 2018 and have been on quite a journey. I am looking forward to continuing this journey as part of MacIntyre Academies.

My favourite thing about my role is knowing that I am making a difference to our young peoples lives with the support of an excellent staff team. I enjoy my daily interactions with our young people, they always make me smile!
