I have worked with special needs for over 6 years. During this time, I have supported children in River house, Arden fields and now Venture Academy. I currently support secondary pupils but I also lead on the PHSE curriculum.

I took a break in my journey to peruse my goal in becoming a gymnastics coach, this is something I did for 2 years and got my level 2 coaches’ qualification. I still coach on the weekends but working in education is my passion so I came back in September.

I have a degree in working with youth and communities, this originally took me down the path of being a youth worker in my local area for a number of years. I can say this is what sparked my passion for working with young people.

I am looking forward to supporting the school further in their journey.
