The study of Art & Design has recently been introduced to the Venture Academy curriculum.

Developing on the student’s displayed keen interest in art, design and crafting, they will be given the opportunity to explore different types of mediums in more detailed depth and structure.

Expressing themselves using a variety of materials, processes and techniques, students will develop their skills throughout the units.

Pupils will produce individual and collaborative pieces with their classmates, bringing their ideas together through discussion and practical work.

They will collate their evidence in their sketchbooks and portfolios and display their final pieces in anArt Exhibition curated by the students.
